- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

We currently ship within the continental United States.
At this time, we do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Territories
- International locations

Furniture Delivery
Large furniture items may be delivered using a freight carrier or local delivery service.
Standard Delivery Includes:
- Delivery to your doorstep, garage, or first accessible dry area
Delivery Does Not Include:
- Assembly services
- Removal of packaging materials
- Stair carries unless specifically arranged
- Moving existing furniture
Additional delivery fees may apply for:
- Remote areas
- Stairs or elevator access
- Redelivery attempts
- Missed appointments
Shipping Costs

Order Tracking
